These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users and customers of our website and govern the purchase of products through our online store.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this website.

2. Our Jewelry

Our jewelry is carefully crafted and prepared individually for each order. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry and natural gemstones, slight variations in color, shape or appearance may occur.

These variations are part of the character of each piece and should not be considered defects.

We make every effort to present our products, colors and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on the device or screen used to view our website.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of incorrect product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or product unavailability. In such cases, any payment already received for the cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Prices & Payment

All product prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated separately and presented before the completion of your order.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Production Time

Each order is individually prepared for you. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the creation and preparation of your jewelry before dispatch.

During particularly busy periods, launches or holidays, preparation times may occasionally be longer. Where possible, customers will be informed of any significant delays.

6. Shipping

Orders within Greece are shipped via BOX NOW or ACS Courier. Shipping within Greece is free of charge for orders over €100.

Orders to destinations within the European Union are shipped via FedEx, with a flat shipping fee of €15.

Delivery times are additional to the 3–5 business day preparation period and may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.

7. Workshop / Showroom Collection

Customers may choose to collect their order from our workshop/showroom at 12–14 Thiseos Str. (2nd floor), Athens, Greece.

Orders may only be collected once confirmation has been provided that they are ready.

8. Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days from the date the order is received, subject to our return conditions and any exclusions provided by applicable consumer law.

Products must be returned unworn, unused and in perfect condition, together with their original packaging and accompanying materials.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that have been personalised, altered or specifically made according to a customer's individual specifications may be subject to different return conditions where permitted by applicable law.

9. Warranty & Repairs

Our jewelry is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Upon presentation of valid proof of warranty, eligible repairs covered by the warranty will be carried out free of charge during this period.

Any shipping costs associated with sending jewelry to or receiving it from our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use or care, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances unrelated to the craftsmanship of the piece.

Each repair request may be assessed individually to determine whether it falls within the terms of the warranty.

10. Jewelry Care

Fine and delicate jewelry should be handled with appropriate care.

We recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals and other substances that may affect the appearance or condition of the jewelry.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their purchase or published on our website.

11. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate stock information, certain materials, gemstones or designs may occasionally become unavailable.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where applicable, issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

12. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to jewelry designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, branding and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to the brand and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Personal information provided through our website is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
