Jewelry care

Everyday Care

Last on, first off.
Put on your jewelry after applying perfume, creams, hairspray, makeup or other beauty products. Remove it before using household cleaning products or coming into contact with chemicals.

Keep away from water.
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, and exercising. Water, chlorine, salt and perspiration may affect the appearance of the metal and gemstones over time.

Handle gemstones with care.
Chemicals and cleaning products may damage or alter the appearance of delicate, organic and porous materials such as pearls, coral, opal and turquoise.

Gently clean after wearing.
After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove traces of moisture, oils or cosmetics.

Store separately.
Keep each piece individually in its pouch or jewelry box to help prevent scratching, tangling and unnecessary contact with other pieces.

Keep it dry.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place and avoid humid environments such as the bathroom.

Remove before sleeping.
We recommend taking off your jewelry before going to bed to help prevent accidental pulling, bending or damage.

About Our Gemstones

We work with natural gemstones: blue topaz, tourmaline, iolite, peridot, garnet and tsavorite. Because they are minerals formed over thousands of years, no two stones are exactly alike. Tone, depth of color and tiny natural inclusions can vary from piece to piece and from what you see on screen.

These variations are not flaws; they are the signature of a real, natural stone, and what makes your Krinaki piece truly one of a kind.

Made to Be Treasured

With thoughtful care, your Krinaki pieces can accompany you beautifully for years to come. Should your jewelry ever require professional care or repair, please contact us and our workshop will be happy to assist you.
