Shipping policy

Each piece is made especially for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your jewelry to be carefully prepared before dispatch. Once your order is ready, you will receive the relevant shipping information.

Shipping within Greece

Orders within Greece are shipped via BOX NOW or ACS Courier. Shipping is free of charge on all orders over €100 throughout Greece. For orders under €100, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

European Union Shipping

Orders within the European Union are shipped via FedEx.

A flat shipping fee of €15 applies to all EU orders.

Please note that the 3–5 business day preparation period applies before your order is dispatched.

Workshop / Showroom Pick-Up

You may also choose to collect your order directly from our workshop/showroom at:

12–14 Thiseos Str. (2nd floor), Athens, Greece

We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Returns

We hope you love your jewelry. However, if you wish to return your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and any accompanying materials.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items until they reach us.

Repairs & 3-Year Warranty

Our gold jewelry is covered by a 3-year warranty. Silver 925 pieces are not covered by the warranty.

Upon presentation of the warranty, eligible repairs are carried out free of charge within three years from the date of purchase. Any shipping costs associated with sending the piece to and from our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.

The warranty applies to eligible repairs under normal use and does not cover loss of the piece or components, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
